Hello! My name is Annie Guerrero. I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. In 2004, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Education from Regis University. My teaching career began in Strasburg, Colorado, where I taught kindergarten and first grade for 9 years. I joined the Cory team in 2013 where I have taught 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and reading intervention. I feel truly lucky to work with such a wonderful team and community! I have a huge passion for urban farming. I also enjoy cooking, walking/running, reading, and getting “hands-on” around the house. In the summer, I can usually be found in the garden or renovating a piece of furniture. My husband, Andy, and I live in Wheat Ridge with our 2 boys, Oli and Theo, and our dog, Rose.
