Hi, my name is Alex Keldin and I hail from Washington D.C. After three years at a small college on the upper east side of Manhattan, I transferred to the University of Colorado. From there I received a B.A. in Film Production and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction. I hold state endorsements in English Language Acquisition and Gifted Education. This is my 14th year of teaching, and my 11th year at Cory Elementary. I think first grade is a magical place, and I adore getting to know the individual strengths and interests of each student. My husband, Ian, and I have three children: Roanan is a sophomore in college, Glennan is a senior in high school and Atticus is in 8th Grade. They all three went to Cory! We love to travel and we typically spend our summers at a cabin, which was built by my great-grandparents, in the north woods of Wisconsin.
