Join us on Friday, April 22 for A Night at the Races | The Cory Derby, the PTA’s annual auction event. Back in person for the first time since 2019, this year’s auction is bringing all the flair, tradition and hospitality of the Kentucky Derby to DU’s Cable Center!
The Cory PTA must fundraise nearly $275,000 this year to maintain our school’s extraordinary learning environment and cover the 2022-2023 costs for full-time paraprofessionals and “specials” classes like art, gym, music and library.
That’s why your support of the Cory Derby is so important. Whether you are placing a wager on the favorite or a longshot, it’s Cory’s students and staff who are the big winners!

Tickets are now on sale for the Cory Derby! Choose from a variety of options:
The Supertrifecta Bet: VIP Bundle for Two ($380): The best deal on the Cory Derby! Includes entry & dinner for two; unlimited cocktails for two; five game tickets; access to the VIP entrance line; and acknowledgement as a Star Family Sponsor.
The Exacta Bet: Early Bird Couples Ticket ($120): Includes entry & dinner for two, along with two drink tickets. Prices increase to $150 on March 1.
The Standard Wager: Early Bird Single Ticket ($60): Includes entry, dinner and one drink ticket. Prices increase to $75 on March 1.
The Online Bet ($25): Can’t attend the event? You can still support Cory by bidding online on silent auction items.
Winner’s Circle Tables: Place your auction bets from a 10-person reserved table in the Winner’s Circle! Please note an entry ticket is also required.
Bottomless Cocktail Wristbands: Purchase drink wristbands ahead of time, and skip the line to buy them at the event!
