Julie was born and raised right here in the Denver area. She has a B.A. Liberal Arts degree from Regis University and a M.S. in Elementary Education with an emphasis in mathematics instruction from Walden University. Julie has been teaching 5th grade math and science at Cory Elementary since 2003. Before that time, she taught for four years up in Bailey, Colorado. Julie enjoys spending time with family and she is often seen walking with one of her dogs around Wash Park.
